A new restaurant, DWN UNDR Neighborhood Kitchen + Bar, is now open at Hotel 116, next to Woods Coffee. The address is 624 116th Avenue Northeast. They are currently serving dinner, and will be adding lunch into their daily schedule soon.
The restaurant features appetizers and small plates like beer cheese nachos and poutine, salads like BBQ chicken and grilled peach, sandwiches, burgers, mains like fish tacos and chicken piccata, and dessert.
All menu items are made with fresh, natural ingredients. The seafood is sustainable, and the chicken beef, pork, and eggs are hormone-free and organic-fed.
The entertainment at this eatery includes mini-golf, fooseball, and bocce.

Hotel 116 was renamed in 2016 as part of a major refurbishment announced by Coast USA. The company underwent a $2 million modification at this time, including new exterior improvements for signage, landscaping, new room furnishings, renovated bathrooms, and poolside enhancements.
