One88 penthouse unit 2104 with 2,948 square feet has gone pending (as first reported by Urbinlivin). The home is listed on the MLS for $5,652,500 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

In February a Bellevue Towers penthouse was sold at a record setting square foot price of $1,868. If the One88 penthouse sells at its listing price it will become the highest per square foot price for a home in Bellevue.

One88 is a 21-story luxury condominium building under construction in downtown Bellevue on Bellevue Way. Move-ins are expected for early 2020. When complete One88 will have 147 residences. In May One88 announced that the 87% of the condo building have been pre-sold.
