The Mirador Apartments, located on 103rd Avenue Northeast in downtown Bellevue that is under construction, is being converted into condominiums (now to be called Mira Flats). The new project buyers, Intracorp, will be doing the conversion.
Mira Flats is made up of 162 units, with 111, 870 square feet of livable space. There will be 63 bedroom units, and 182 bedroom units in the building.
The location is close to QFC in downtown Bellevue, as well as shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
This is phase 1 of a 2 phase project. The second phase has another 150 planned units of condominiums, with its own mix of units ranging from studios to 3 bedroom penthouses.
Pre-sales for the condos will begin in September.
