One88, the luxury condominium project on the corner of Bellevue Way Northeast, is hosting a Holiday Open House and Floral Pop-Up Shop.
The event will include festive light bites, beverages, holiday floral arrangements and wreaths for purchase from a local Bellevue florist.
There is a limited number of residences remaining at One88, as they have over 90% of their condominiums sold. The sales gallery will be closing on December 22nd, and this event will be one of the final opportunities to speak with the sales team.
The Holiday Open House and Festive Floral Pop-Up Shop is on Sunday, December 16th from 11am to 2pm. One88 Sales Gallery is located on 105th Avenue Northeast.
One88 is the first new high-rise condominium community in nearly a decade in Bellevue. The 21-story residential tower features 147 one-,two-, and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouses. Bosa Development has a remarkable team of designers, Amanat Architect and Hirsch Bedner Associates. Completion of the building and move-ins are expected to take place in early 2020.
