Emerald City Smoothie is opening soon on Bellevue Way Northeast at the strip mall that also includes Noir Lash Lounge and Yogurtland.
The shop offers smoothies that are made from fresh ingredients. Their most popular menu item is “The Emerald”, which includes fresh berries and greens. Aside from the many ingredients that are available to choose from like acai, dragon fruit, almond milk and agave, customers can also add boosts to their smoothies like a multi-vitamin, immunity, energy, whey protein and more.
Emerald City Smoothie is a franchise business that goes into locations like strip malls, office buildings and street retail. This is the only Franchise for the smoothie company that is located in Bellevue. There are over 40 stores open throughout the nation.
We reported back in February that Bosa Development had recently acquired the site at 201 Bellevue Way Northeast. According to Puget Sound Business Journal, it was purchased from Park Row LLC for $36 million.
