Bis on Main recently announced that they are now serving weekend brunch. The new menu will feature morning cocktails, breakfast, and brunch for Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm.
According to their Instagram in a video from Bobby Moore, “We are VERY excited to announce our new weekend brunch! Please join us every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm for our new and delicious brunch menu. From fresh beignets dipped in chocolate sauce, housemade granola with fresh berries, eggs benedict and crab cakes, our French omelette, morning cocktails and so much more! We cannot wait to share our exciting new brunch menu with you!”
Some of the food items on the menu include beignets with cinnamon-powdered sugar and warm chocolate sauce, croque madame, garden skillet, flat iron steak & eggs, and huevos rancheros. Additions can be made to any entree with options like chicken, vegan sausage, breakfast potatoes, eggs, and fresh berries.
Brunch libations offered on the weekends include a mimosa, Bis Bloody Mary, cherry mint julep, breakfast martini, a peach Bellini, and more.
Bobby Moore took ownership of Bis on Main in October 2022. Joe Vilardi originally opened the restaurant in 1998 with Michael Fredji. Moore’s vision from the beginning was to build on what Vilardi had created over the past 20 years and evolve the eatery.
