Bellevue bakery, Sugar n Flakes, is opening at a larger space in Downtown Bellevue. It will be located on the retail level of Surrey on Main apartments. The address is 10797 Main Street.
According to the store manager, a new menu is currently being created for the bigger location. It will include additional items to what is offered now, including sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. The current menu features cakes, pastries, cupcakes and cookies.
The cafe will now feature indoor seating and dining options
The opening of the new location is scheduled for sometime between July 7th and July 9th, 2024.
Sugar n Flakes is currently located along Bellevue Way Northeast at Park Row. In July 2023, Design Review approval was granted to Bosa Development, who purchased the land in 2019 for $36 million. The current strip mall will be torn down, and in its place will be the construction of a 22-story residential tower, composed of 143 units, retail space, and below-grade parking.
