The luxury real estate brokerage The Agency has announced plans to open a new office in downtown Bellevue, marking its latest expansion into the Eastside market. The Bellevue location, situated on Main Street in Old Bellevue, will be The Agency’s second office on the Eastside, following its Kirkland opening in 2022.
The new office will be located at 10202 Main Street, a prime retail and residential corridor known for its mix of boutiques, restaurants, and proximity to downtown. The standalone space measures approximately 1,600 square feet and will serve as The Agency’s newest Eastside branch.
According to a representative for the firm, the Bellevue office has not officially opened yet, and an opening date is expected to be announced soon.
The expansion builds on The Agency Seattle’s continued growth since launching its first local office in Kirkland in 2022, owned locally by Jen Cameron. The Bellevue office will offer the company’s full range of luxury real estate services, including high-end residential sales, relocation assistance, and access to The Agency’s global referral network.
The Agency describes itself as a “full-service real estate brokerage,” providing personalized marketing strategies and client support across all property types. The brokerage also recently introduced a New Construction Division, which focuses on marketing and consulting for local homebuilders.
The decision to open a Main Street office positions The Agency closer to Bellevue’s expanding luxury real estate market, providing access to new residential developments and high-end clients in one of the region’s fastest-growing areas.
Founded in Los Angeles, The Agency now operates nearly 150 offices worldwide. The Bellevue location represents the latest step in its regional expansion strategy.
