Shops at The Bravern For Sale in Bellevue

The Shops at The Bravern has been on the market for sale since mid-2018. The 313,119 square foot luxury retail destination includes three floors of 40 entertainment and luxury retail stores according to HFF, who is currently marketing the property.

The Bravern retail location opened in 2009 with 20 retailers and 294,436 square feet of retail space. The Shops at The Bravern is a part of a mixed-use project that is made up of 750,000 square feet of office space, 455 luxury residential units, and a seven-story parking garage.

The complex has high-end retailers like Hermes of Paris, Gucci, Neiman Marcus, and Jimmy Choo. There are also dining options like John Howie Steak, The Dolar Shop, and Mariposa. Amenities include Lifetime Athletic, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, and Bank of America. 19 new tenants have been replaced or added since 2014.

The Shops at The Bravern was sold in 2012 to Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., a private investment firm in New York.
