City of Bellevue in Search of Artists to Design Artwork for Utility and Signal Boxes

The City of Bellevue is in search of artists to design artwork for utility and signal boxes. All visual artists living on the Eastside that work with any medium that can be digitally reproduced on two-dimensional vinyl wrap, qualify.

Selected artists will receive a stipend in an amount that ranges between $750 to $4,000. This is artwork that is intended to be created for Bellevue’s first arts district in BelRed.
