According to documents submitted to the City of Bellevue, updated information has become available regarding the two-tower office project at 500 112th Avenue Northeast. The mixed-use project was previously referred to as “Bellevue Straits”.

Lane Partners has changed the name of their nearly 1.2 million square foot development to “Terraline”. A new, updated rendering of “Terraline” has also been submitted to the City by Gensler Architects.

The project is kitty corner from Meydenbauer Center and next to Interstate 405. The two towers, North Tower, and South Tower, will be over 1.2 million square feet of space that will incorporate office, retail, and restaurants. It will be just over 400 feet tall and is planned to tie into the city’s Grand Connection trail. There will be 27 stories of office space in each tower, with 16,000 square feet of retail space and 1,190 parking stalls.

The full block redevelopment will include the demolition of three existing buildings. OAC and Sellen will oversee construction. Sellen is the general contractor, and OAC is Lane Partner’s representative.

In August 2021, it was reported that Goldman Sachs signed a lease for the site. Executive Managing Director, Joe Lynch, of The Newmark Group, said that “Goldman Sachs is leasing the land for 99 years with a development partner, Lane Partners, out of the Bay Area. They will potentially build the 1.2M square foot project once they get through the entitlement process with the City of Bellevue.”
