Dick’s Drive-In announced that the opening for the fast-food restaurant will be on December 16th. The grand opening will feature performances from Sammamish High School Band and Bellevue High School Band and Cheer Team, speeches from VIPS including the Dick’s president, and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
From 9:30am – 4pm, there will be a pop-up apparel shop and live music by a local DJ. RSVP on their Facebook Page for the grand opening event.
The popular hamburger joint announced back in February that they had officially decided to open a location on the Eastside. Through Facebook Live, they announce the location of Bellevue (Crossroads area).
They had been publicly discussing that they were searching for a new, permanent location on the Eastside. The community has also been outspoken about their interest in having a Dick’s location in Bellevue.
There will be eight Dick’s Drive-In locations in total; five in Seattle, one in Kent, and one in Edmonds, and one in Bellevue.
