Adrian’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar in Old Bellevue Closes Abruptly

Adrian’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar has closed abruptly, according to a notice posted on the restaurant’s website at the end of February 2026.

The website now displays a message that reads: “Thank you to all of our guests over the years!”

A sign posted in the restaurant’s window also indicates that Bar Da Vila, a Brazilian restaurant, will be opening in the space.

The Mexican restaurant was located at 10145 Main Street in Old Bellevue. Attempts to reach owner Adrian Lopez for comment were unsuccessful.

Restaurant Opened in 2022

Adrian’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar first opened in late 2022. Lopez described the concept as an upscale Mexican restaurant, with a menu that included items such as wagyu tacos, duck, filet mignon, and several fish options.

Before opening Adrian’s, Lopez spent eight years working in Downtown Bellevue at Carmine’s, where he helped open the restaurant in 2016 and served as general manager.

Previous Tenant at the Location

Before Adrian’s opened, the space at 10145 Main Street was occupied by Chawla Indian Cuisine. That restaurant closed after the occupants were evicted and the space was returned to the property owner following a bankruptcy.

Another Restaurant Opened Nearby

Lopez also opened Jocovine, located a few doors away from Adrian’s in Old Bellevue. The restaurant opened in August 2024.

Owned by Lopez and led by executive chef Luis Cruz, Jocovine is designed as a bistro and events venue with seating for approximately 100 guests. The restaurant is open seven days a week and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The menu includes breakfast dishes such as crepes and eggs Benedict, along with sandwiches and more formal dinner options.

Jocovine also includes two private dining rooms equipped with audiovisual capabilities for events, as well as a lounge area designed for reception-style gatherings. The venue hosts activities including live music, dancing, comedy nights, and wine dinners.

History of the Jocovine Space

The location now occupied by Jocovine has undergone several changes over the years. It was most recently Bar Moore, which replaced B-Bar.

B-Bar was originally owned by Joe Vilardi before being taken over by Bobby Moore, who later rebranded it as Bar Moore. The venue offered light bites and craft cocktails until it closed in January 2024. After the closure of Bar Moore, the focus shifted to the adjacent sister restaurant, Bis on Main.
