One88, the condo building located on Bellevue Way Northeast, has moved their completion date back from spring 2020 to fall 2020, according to a representative at Bosa. Bosa, the developer, is an internationally recognized real estate development and construction company.

The residential tower features 21-stories that are composed of one, two, and three-bedroom residences and penthouse residences. One88 will have 147 residences when it reaches completion.

According to a representative for Bosa, there are 5 residences at One88 remaining for sale. Construction is currently focused on interiors, amenities, and ground floor retail. There are no known retail tenants at this time.

In June 2018, it was reported that the 2,948 square foot penthouse had gone pending for $5,652,500. It is three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

In May 2018, Bosa announced that their luxury condos were 87% pre-sold. More than 70 percent of buyers were from the Puget Sound area, and an estimated 35 percent have owned at another Bosa Development property.

Bosa Development purchased the corner lot across the street from One88 for $11 million in summer 2018. Recently, they acquired the site at 201 Bellevue Way Northeast for $36 million, where Emerald City Smoothie and Yogurtland reside. In December 2019, Bosa sold what had been their second acquisition in Downtown Bellevue, for $65 million at 10635 Northeast 8th Street.

One88 is the first condo building in Bellevue in nearly a decade. For more information on the luxury residential tower, visit their website.
