Snapchat has leased office space in Downtown Bellevue, as first reported by Puget Sound Business Journal. The company will be at 110 110th Avenue Northeast.
They recently leased 76,847 square feet of office space in the 110 Atrium building. The Broderick Group, who rented the office space, marketed it as the “largest block of space available in Downtown Bellevue.”
Unico Properties, building owner, is in the early stages of developing a phased renovation plan to transform the building. The space currently features an outdoor terrace, on-site fitness center, views of Mt. Rainier and the Cascades, and close proximity to public transportation.
Snapchat also has an office in Seattle at Market Place Tower, near Pike Place Market.
Also located at Atrium 110 is WeWork, who opened an additional location in February 2021. There are dedicated co-working spaces on the third and seventh floors of the building. They also have two other offices in Lincoln Square and Bellevue Place.
Other large tech companies have moved much of their office space within the past few years to Bellevue from Seattle like Amazon and Facebook. Amazon’s office space is spread throughout Downtown Bellevue, and Facebook has its headquarters and additional office space located in The Spring District.
