Bosa Development has announced that sales for its newest Bellevue condominium tower, Park Row, will begin in 2026. Alongside the sales timeline, the developer launched a new website introducing the project to the public.

The 22-story tower will be located along Bellevue Downtown Park at 201 Bellevue Way Northeast, on a lot currently occupied by a strip mall that will be demolished to make way for the project. Park Row will feature 143 residences with floor plans of up to three bedrooms.

Interiors will include burnished wood, porcelain, and a nature-inspired palette. The project will also provide nearly 25,000 square feet of amenities designed for wellness and social gatherings, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces that connect directly to the park.

Park Row sits across the street from Bosa’s other luxury condo tower, One88, which officially sold out in August 2021. One88, standing at 21 stories, is composed of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences as well as penthouses, totaling 147 units.

Plans for Park Row were first submitted to the City of Bellevue in 2022. In March 2023, Amanat Architect submitted a building application for a three-level underground parking garage, planned to span 115,682 square feet. The overall mixed-use residential building was outlined at 234,577 square feet.

Bosa Development acquired the Park Row site in 2019 for $36 million from Park Row LLC. The company is a leading developer of condominiums in the Puget Sound region, known for creating residential and mixed-use communities.

According to the developer, Park Row is intended to combine modern sophistication with serene park-front living, while also offering proximity to Main Street’s shopping and dining district.
