Korean BBQ restaurant, Seoul Bowl, is now open at Lincoln Square South. Located on the second level of the retail building, the fast-casual eatery is the first restaurant to open where Lincoln South Food Hall was previously located.
Seoul Bowl features Korean BBQ in a bowl that customers can build themselves. There are four steps that include choosing a rice or salad base, fresh proteins, fresh toppings, and lastly, sauce.
All ingredients used are freshly farmed ingredients. Some menu options include Korean stir-fried glass noodles, BBQ chicken, Korean kimchi, and Korean hot gochujang. Separately from the bowls, customers can order Korean fried chicken, bulgogi kimchi cheese fries, and fried potstickers.
Bowls cost between $11 to $14 plus the addition of add-ons.
Seoul Bowl is located directly across from Nordstrom Rack and next to Dote Coffee Bar.
Lincoln South Food Hall closed in 2022 when it was owned by Ascend Hospitality Group. Ownership was then turned over to Kemper Development Company and it was decided that the concept of the Food Hall would be refreshed, according to a representative for AHG.
