The Bravern is 85% leased and is ready for its unveiling on Saturday, when all stores (except a couple – Hermes and newly announced David Lawrence) will open their doors to customers during their grand opening weekend.
On Wednesday we got an opportunity to stroll through The Shops at The Bravern and although not yet open for business, found it to be quite the busy place. All the restaurants are rehearsing practice runs and many (possibly all except Neiman’s) are still are working on setting up their stores.
A handful of stores on Wednesday were actually still doing heavy duty construction, but we were assured that they would be ready to go come Saturday. There will surely be some overnight shifts for some of these retailers to hit the mark on Saturday.
